Customer Review: Best cookware ever

I have used all kinds of pans over the years and been so-so satisfied. Either they cook great, but cleanup is a pain or they clean easily but don't cook that well. And I've always had to use oil or cooking spray in any pan I've used to keep food from sticking.
Not these pans. I purchased the 12.5", 10.5" and 8" fry pans and I LOVE them! I haven't had to use oil or cooking spray once - just turn on the burner and add whatever I'm cooking to the pan. They cook perfectly without any hot spots, and the food doesn't stick at all. Clean up is a breeze because these pans practically wipe clean with a paper towel. And, unlike my previous T-Fal pans or SilverStone pans, I can and have used a metal spatula in them without any scratches.
My only complaint would be that they didn't come with lids, but I was able to find lids on Amazon that would fit the 12.5" pan perfectly (by another company), so I was very happy.
I would really love to get this same cookware in baking sheets, and I intend to buy saucepans now, too. I definitely would recommend these pans to anyone who wants healthier cooking without oils or sprays, or anyone who hates to scrub pans.
They are really heavy, which might be a problem for someone with arthritis in their hands or some other problems gripping, but most people would be very pleased with them I'm sure.
