This fryer cooks a lot faster than my old one. It is easy to clean and cool to the touch. The timer feature really helps a lot. The basket is well designed - the oil drains away from the food quickly. I recommend it to everyone!

This Fryer holds up to 50% more capacity than other fryers at the same cost. You get double the capacity for the same dollars.Fried chicken, shrimp tempura, jalapeņo poppers, homemade doughnuts--it?s a snap to prepare those irresistible palate-pleasers for dinners and parties. When done right, deep frying adds very little oil to foods. This compact deep fryer holds 2.2 pounds of food and 2.2 liters (approximately 9 cups) of oil, more than most fryers its size. For excellent cooking control, the adjustable thermostat slides to any of five fixed positions illustrated with popular deep-fried foods--mushrooms, fish, doughnuts, poultry, and French fries--and any setting in-between. Temperatures range from 302 to 374 degrees Fahrenheit (150 to 190 degrees Celsius), and an electronic timer helps prevent overcooking. An external handle conveniently raises and lowers the wire basket, and the sealed lid locks for safety. Cord storage is found underneath.
