Customer Review: Great for browning!

I've had it for awhile and now feel good about writing a review. I love this pan. It's a good no-stick pan, but the greatest thing for me is the ability to brown foods. It's hard to get that nice golden brown color using the other non-stick pans in my house.
My other non-stick pans, like the Calphalon's are nice, but if you use it on high heat, it'll eventually mar the surface and foods start to stick. Not so with this pan. It has held up really well.
The only drawback is it's a little shallow. Just use it for shallow items and you're good!
